Installations
What locations do you offer installation?
We offer our installation services across Melbourne, Geelong, and the Mornington Peninsula. If you reside outside these locations, please contact us directly.
Can you do an installation if nobody is home?
This can be an option if discussed prior to booking your installation. Simply give us a call on 1300 366 229 to see if we can accommodate your request.
Can you remove my old product before installing the new one?
Yes we can. Depending on your existing product, an additional fee may be applied. We also offer clothesline removal services.
What will happen to my old clothesline?
Our installers will remove your old clothesline and take it with them.
Do you provide quotations?
Yes, we are happy to provide a quote for price comparisons, strata, commercial projects and more. Our team do this remotely, however depending on your project an onsite visit may be required. Please contact us on 1300 366 229 to discuss your options.
Delivery
What areas can you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on all our products for for Melbourne Metro.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is based on stock availability of items and we endeavour to have most orders delivered within 2-9 business days from date of order.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return/refund a product?
